Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Urban Snatch. We are committed to providing high-quality artificial jewelry and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand the terms under which claims are processed.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

At Urban Snatch, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective (refer to Section 2).
  • Please review the product details, dimensions, and specifications before making a purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we will offer a replacement or store credit (not a bank refund), subject to the following conditions:

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

  • To qualify for a claim, you must record a clear unboxing video from the unopened package to the fully revealed product.
  • The video must clearly show the damage or defect. Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Timeframe to Raise a Claim:

  • Report any damage or defect within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Resolution Process:

  • After submitting your claim, our team will review the video proof within 2 business days.
  • Approved claims will receive either:
    • A replacement (subject to availability).
    • Store credit equivalent to the purchase amount.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns, including cases of damaged or defective products.

3. Order Cancellations Before Shipping

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 15 business days from the date of cancellation.


4. Return Conditions

For cases where a return is accepted (damaged or defective items), the following conditions apply:

Unused and Unwashed Items:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alterations will not be accepted.

Original Packaging and Tags:

  • Products must be returned with their original packaging and tags intact. Items without original tags will not be eligible for return.

Return Window:

  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for returns. Instead:

  • Refunds will be provided exclusively as store credits, which can be redeemed for future purchases on Urban Snatch.
  • Store credits will be issued within 7 business days after the claim is approved.

6. Non-Eligible Situations

Return or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Missing unboxing video proof.
  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling or improper use).
  • Slight variations in color or design due to photography or screen resolution differences.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

7. Legal Compliance

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and is updated as of December 2024 to meet global standards for customer service and transparency.
