Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if available). This will allow you to monitor your shipment's progress online.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Ensure that your shipping address is accurate, complete, and includes the correct PIN code.
  • Urban Snatch will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Unforeseen Delays

College/Hostel/School Deliveries

  • Deliveries to colleges, hostels, or similar institutions are placed at the customer’s risk. If the package is refused or not accepted by the warden or relevant authority, Urban Snatch will not issue a refund or replacement.

Lost or Misplaced Shipments

  • If a shipment is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Urban Snatch will not be held responsible. Refunds or replacements will not be initiated under such circumstances.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • No refund, return, or exchange will be entertained due to delays in dispatch or delivery unless otherwise specified.
